I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with very little drama. We are in a brand new year and that means I really need to refocus on our goals. Last year was great but I was slightly shaky during the holiday rush. Organizing better this year will help greatly. Perhaps I will actually put more effort into marketing myself. I'm a total slacker in that area. Some things I would like to focus on at the shop is to get all the woodworking tools in tip top shape. I want to express my appreciation for anyone that stopped by my booth at the Renegade to show their love for the work. The fellow tradesmen and tradeswomen that know the process, difficulty and patience bending wood requires have provided me with great feedback. I have much to do in the coming months to improve the product line and technique. When I look at a piece of wood, I see the beauty in the woods "imperfections", the knots and splits, the dents and asymmetry, even the splinters and wormholes.
